SPEAKS
Jeff Speaks has over twenty years of federal and state legislative
and political experience beginning as the Projects Director
for the Honorable Harold (Hal) Rogers (R-KY). As a senior
advisor for the Congressman, he was required to develop, implement,
and coordinate a myriad of diverse projects throughout the
Congressman’s district, including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
EPA, Interior, Energy, HUD, Transportation, Commerce, and
Appalachian Regional Commission, and Defense programs.
Currently, Jeff serves as a government relations senior advisor
to many for- and not-for-profit entities identifying solutions
to their challenges and providing opportunities through the
identification of funding, tax programs, business-to-business
strategies, and other creative methods.
Mr. Speaks’ innovative approach has been key to the success
of many new, growing, and large companies and non profits.
Mr. Speaks has a number of legislative successes in State
Capitals and business development achievements through state
and local chambers as well as main street businesses. Mr.
Speaks brings national, local, and international programs
together for the success of his clients.
He has also served as a specialist with an international institute
providing political training in the Republic of Georgia, Azerbijan,
